Using and Purchasing from Smokivn
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from Smokivn Ltd. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Age and Legal Responsibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the higher legal age required at the delivery destination, to purchase or receive our products. You are responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession and use are lawful where you live and where the order is delivered.
Product Information, Prices and Stock
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability and stock may change without notice. We aim to keep information accurate, but an error may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Orders, Acceptance and Payment
Submitting an order is a request to buy. An order is accepted only when Smokivn Ltd. confirms acceptance and the order can be lawfully and operationally fulfilled.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including for a restricted destination, an apparent error, suspected fraud, stock limitations or a legal or carrier restriction. If a payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate reversal or refund.
The payment methods available are only those displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Delivery Destinations
Delivery is available only to countries and regions shown as supported during checkout and where the sale, shipment and service are lawful. We may refuse an order for a restricted or unsupported destination.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation and return availability depends on the order status, product type, applicable law and our Refund Policy. Tobacco products are not accepted for a simple change of mind except where a mandatory legal right requires otherwise.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the site or products for fraud, unlawful activity, unlawful import or possession, unauthorised resale, or any purpose that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Liability and Mandatory Rights

We may update these terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
